California has banned big screen tvs.  Now, I know what you are all saying, “geez man, with all the other stuff you mentioned you picked THIS?”.  All I’m saying is keep reading, and I promise you that you will understand WHY this pisses me off.  So California, or, as I like to refer to it, Lolifornia, has passed regulations banning the sale of “power hungry” HDTVs.  They are mandating that electronics manufacturers build special HDTVs just for them.  This is nothing new in Lolifornia politics.  They already have their own special cars, special lawn mowers, and special gasoline due to their regulation.  But now, NOW is the chance to change all of this.

Lolifornia currently costs the automakers, small engine manufacturers, and oil companies billions because they think they are special enough to warrant different products from what the rest of the country gets.  Now is the time to stop all of that, and it goes WAY beyond manufactured goods.  Today, right now, the electronics manufacturers should get together, and give lolifornia the big ol middle finger.  They need to vow, right here and now, that THEY control what is manufactured by their companies, NOT the state of lolifornia’s enviro-nazi government.  All those people in lolifornia that are always voting for garbage legislation like this will suddenly have a hard time replacing their TV when it dies.  But let’s not stop there.

While we’re at it, since we ARE in the midst of one of the biggest recessions of all time, the automakers should announce, as a cost saving measure, that they will no longer be manufacturing vehicles that meet lolifornia’s emissions standards.  Of course, since we have GM and Chrysler owned by the government, I’m really not expecting them to play along, but this is the chance for Ford to definitely show everyone exactly why they are the leader of the big 3.  All of the foreign automakers should follow suit as well, starve these enviro-nazis out.  Small engine manufacturers should also follow suit.  Since they don’t want to play ball with everyone else in the country, they can push around their zero-polluting, no engine having, reel mower.  Have fun taking 4 hours to mow a quarter acre lawn.  The oil companies should refuse to blend fuel just for lolifornia as well.  Talk about saving the environment.  All of their cars effectively become zero emissions.  With no fuel to burn, there’s no carbon to emit, your problems are solved, and your goals are met!

Now remember when I mentioned “starve them out”?  Well, since the enviro-nazis in lolifornia have decided that a bait fish is more important than human lives, that’s exactly what national grocery chains should do.  The enviro-nazis have decided to turn off the irrigation water to the San Joaquin Valley to save the delta smelt, a 2 inch long bait fish.  The cost of this?  Only the largest produce growing area in the country and thousands of farmers now out of work and unemployed.  Because of this, grocery store chains should only allow produce grown in lolifornia to be sold in lolifornia.  And since you enviro-nazi shitbags decided to turn off the water to save a damn bait fish, it looks like you’re not gonna have any salad to go with your tofu.

This is the time for the market to strike back at the enviro-nazi progressive assholes.  Stop letting them bully you around!  Stand up, grow a backbone, and say NO!  Lolifornia is not used to hearing the word no, but it’s about time they heard it.  Cut them off, COMPLETELY!  You do that, and I’d give it less than a year before their state has to start slashing all their welfare programs due to the drastic reduction in sales tax revenues.  The people will get fed up.  They will vote these scumbags out.  They will vote to repeal all of their oppressive regulations, and the manufacturers and farmers will be back in Lolifornia selling the same stuff the rest of the country gets.  The time to take a stand is NOW.  If you don’t, who knows how far this enviro-nazism will spread…

First off, end the wars, completely and totally.  When in the blue hell did we get appointed as builders of nations?  Pull every last American out.  We’re not serious about getting Bin Laden, that’s all too obvious.  So cut the losses and pull the hell out.  While we’re at it, we need to shut every damn military installation we have overseas down.  That’s right, every damn one.  If the people of a country won’t defend themselves, that’s their problem, not ours.  All of our military personnel need to be brought back to the USA.  Use our military for what it was intended, DEFENDING OUR COUNTRY!  Not defending every pissant country that comes along.

Second, SECURE THE DAMNED BORDERS!!  Are you telling me that our country, where some of the most innovative people call home, is incapable of building a fence or wall or, my personal recommendation, two walls, with a 20 foot space between them, topped with razor wire, with sniper towers every 1/2 mile manned at all times, with a minefield in the 20 foot space.  Not just on the southern border either, on the northern border too since it’s been proven that the terrorists like to sneak in via Canada.  And with all of our military personnel being now stationed on our soil, the sniper towers should be easy to man 24/7 with no need to hire additional personnel.

Third, you know those entitlement programs?  You know, social security, unemployment, welfare, medicare, GONE.  Of course, we can’t just eliminate them all of a sudden.  So people currently collecting social security and using medicare will continue to do so.  After they are gone, that’s it.  Start planning for your own future people.  Stop relying on the nanny state to take care of you, take care of your damned self.  And if you don’t, I hope your children welcome you into their home when you grow too old to do it on your own.  You know, like families used to do.  As far as unemployment, that’s what a savings account and family is for.  About the only thing I think the government should do for the unemployed is start a program that offers job training.  Oh, wait, we have that already, it’s called THE MILITARY, join if you can’t find a damned job.

Fourth, you know all those pesky payroll taxes.  GONE!  All payroll taxes should be eliminated and replaced with s federal sales tax.  That way we can even get tax money from people here illegally.  They buy stuff too you know.  We should be getting our tax revenue from a sales tax and from tariffs.  I betcha we do that, we would see more manufacturing take place in the USA, and we wouldn’t be buying toys for our children that were made in China with toxic paint.  Just a thought there.

Fifth, abolish the Federal Reserve.  That should be pretty self explanatory.  While we’re at it, stop backing our money with hopes and dreams.  Start using something tangible to back our currency.  Gold, silver, platinum, toe jam, I don’t care, just back it with something.  We need sound money if we’re going to have a strong economy.

Sixth, affirmative action…GOODBYE.  If you don’t qualify for a job, you don’t get it.  I don’t give a flip what color your skin is.  The most qualified person gets the job.  If you’re bitching because “the man is keepin me down” then please read my “White Guilt” post and shut your hole.

Seventh, gun control laws.  GOODBYE.  Well, sorta.  If you are a convicted felon, then no guns for you.  Takes all of 2 minutes to check that.  If you’re not a convicted felon, I don’t care if you want to buy an arsenal of machine guns.  Oh, and concealed weapons permits, goodbye.  In a free country that has a guaranteed right to bear arms, you are now allowed to wear a gun belt old west style if you so choose.  I’ll be personally carrying mine in an inside the waist holster, but hey, personal preference.  An armed society is a polite society after all.

Eighth, all these mileage rules set by the government…GONE.  I don’t care if you want to drive something that gets 2 gallons to the mile, and I don’t think the government should be setting rules for fuel economy.  As for vehicle inspections and the like, see my previous post on that subject.  Oh, and seat belt laws, gone.  If you’re to stupid to wear one, you deserve to die.  Same goes for motorcycle helmets.

Ninth, you know that thing called the UN?  Yeah, we need to turn in our membership card and evict them out of our country.  If you don’t agree, then you need your head checked.

Tenth, we need term limits for congress.  I’m pretty sure the vast majority of the people agree with me on that one, so I’ll leave it at that.  We also need to make a minimum of 20 years for congressmen and senators to collect retirement.  Yup, no more 100% retirement either.  You serve 20 years in government, you get 50% plus benefits.  It’s good enough for the military, who do MUCH more than the scum we have in DC to protect this nation, so it should be good enough for you piles of horse crap in the capitol that call yourselves patriots.  Serving in Congress is a part time job anyways, so you should be happy getting any retirement at all.

Seriously, I could go on all night.  Bottom line is this.  All our government should be in charge of is the borders, the military, and maintaining diplomatic relations with other countries to keep trade routes open.  That’s it.

I dearly hope Congress got the message, but I highly doubt it with such self absorbed assholes like Pelosi, Reed, Dodd, and Frank in there.  They will label this yet another “angry mob” and completely downplay the events of this great day.  The tragedy of their actions, I feel, are going to be felt throughout the country.  Today, you have over 1.5 MILLION people holding signs, peacefully protesting your socialist ways, tomorrow, if you don’t clean up your act, I fear those 1.5 million people may very well trade in their signs and colorful t-shirts for rifles and camouflage.  Something tells me if you piss off over 1.5 MILLION people to the point they start to take up arms, the outcome will NOT be favorable to ANYONE.  So, stupid bitch Pelosi and the rest of your cocky little group of assholes, I suggest you pull your botox frozen head out of your ass, and open your God damned eyes and realize there is more to the USA than your liberal corner of San Fran.

Stop trying to cram all your socialist shit down our throats.  Government run healthcare?  Not needed.  Why should we trust YOU to run health care when you can’t even run your own damn bank?  Why should we trust YOU with health care when you can’t even run a little cash for clunkers program?  It’s funny how you have such ineptitude to run anything, yet the programs you can’t run ARE ALL UNCONSTITUTIONAL.  Did you ever think for a second that maybe the Forefathers had enough foresight to not give you the power to do whatever you want because maybe they knew that your programs would turn out to be one giant boondoggle??  YOU DO NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO MESS WITH HEALTH CARE.  It’s time you were held accountable.  It’s time we look at your records and hold every last one of you responsible for every law you have broken.  It’s time we THROW YOUR ASSES OUT FOR VIOLATING YOUR OATH!  You swore to uphold and defend the Constitution.  It’s time you were tossed out on your asses for violating that oath.

I’m really beginning to think that our country can only survive if it splits into two countries.  I guess we can say California and the Northeast can enjoy their liberal utopia and form the USSA.  That’s the United Socialist States of America for you slow liberals.  The rest of the country can keep the Constitution, and the USA going.  Of course, we immediately would need to abolish all the social programs the government has forced down our throats.  We would need to return to our Constitutional roots.  Honestly I’m not seeing any other way besides a resort to massive bloodshed, which would be fairly quick since liberals don’t own guns, and would ultimately end with a conservative country, but that’s the wrong way to do it.  It’s really not feasible to have California merge with the northeast to form their own country either.  So I guess the best solution would be to boot California out of the union, and let the liberals have it.  I mean, really, is there a better way??

If you’ve been watching the news today, and by news I mean NOT watching CNN, NBC, ABC, or CBS; then you’ve probably heard about the plan to start indoctrinating our children on September 8th.  Now, the left wing whackos will say “The President just wants to give them a pep talk to get children to do better in school.”.  If that was all it was, then no one would care.  Unfortunately, that’s not the case.  If you get a hold of a copy of the memo sent out to teachers, they are being instructed to ask our children “How can you help the President?”, “Why is it important that we listen to the President and other elected officials, like the mayor, senators, members of congress, or the governor?  Why is what they say important?” (let’s just forget the fact that THEY WORK FOR US!  Maybe we should ask them why they don’t listen to their constituents, aka: THEIR BOSS!).  They want OUR children to ask themselves “What is the President asking me to do?”.  It is also recommended that the students write letters to themselves about how they can help the President which will be “collected and redistributed at an appropriate later date by the teacher to make students accountable to their goals”.

Ok, so now you’re caught up.  And you may be asking yourself “ok, I don’t see the big deal”.  Well, here’s the BIG deal…this is EXACTLY how Hitler started taking over Germany and forcing his radical ways on the people.  The children were indoctrinated, they were asked to “help” Hitler.  How were they asked to “help” their country?  By reporting their parents to the authorities!  This is how it begins people!  WAKE UP!!!  Obama may not be as bad as Hitler, but let’s face it, thus far he has proven himself to be, at the very least, a lying, doubletalking, radical Socialist that borders on Fascist.  He has spent our country into oblivion and now realizes that maybe he doesn’t really have the support of a majority of the country.  Well, when you can’t get reasonable adults to buy into your Socialist programs, why not preach to their kids who are all too impressionable?  This MUST be stopped!  Take your kids out of school.  If you have the means, file an injunction to stop it in your school system.  This guy is extremely dangerous, and he has surrounded himself with like-minded dangerous radicals who will stop at nothing to abolish the Constitution in the name of “Social Justice”.  Social justice is nothing more than redistribution of wealth.  Sorry mister President, but I don’t bust my ass every day to earn my living so you can give it to some dirtbag that refuses to work and blames his plight on “the man”.  If you call that justice, then maybe you should move to Cuba.

PS:  If you can’t see the ridiculous similarities between what BHO is doing and what Hitler did, then you REALLY need to pick up a copy of Mein Kampf and read it.  Warning, it will be painful, there will be times where you say to yourself “WTF is he talking about??!!  Maybe I’ll go back a few pages and reread to figure it out………nope, I still have no idea WTF he’s talking about”.  It will bore you to tears, more than any textbook ever could, especially more than watching golf on tv.  But all that aside, I implore you..get a copy, READ IT, force yourself to read it, and you will see just how frightening the similarities are.

- Mandate that ALL new vehicles conform to ONE emissions standard.  Since California has the strictest, lets use theirs.

– Benefit:  Automakers would no longer have to build two different vehicles to be sold in the same country, which would save money on development and production costs, which would help the ailing automakers.  It will also result in an overall reduction of greenhouse gases due to the stricter regulations that CARB has come up with.

- Mandate that every two years, all vehicles 25 years old or newer MUST go through an emissions test.  The vehicle MUST meet the specs it was designed for.  If it does not, the owner has 30 days to get the vehicle fixed, or the registration gets revoked and the vehicle is not allowed on the road until it passes inspection.  This inspection will be performed on older vehicles with no on-board diagnostics computer through the use of a tail-pipe sniffer.  Fuel samples will also be taken to ensure no one is burning alcohol to trick the test.  People caught operating a vehicle with a failure sticker after the 30 day period will be subject to a $500 fine and a suspension of their license for 30 days.  A second offense will result in a $1000 fine, and a 60 day license suspension.  Third strike, the vehicle will be impounded and slated for recycling (you will never get it back, sold for scrap), there will be a $3000 fine, and your license will be suspended for a year.

– Benefit:  Vehicles will be more efficient, therefore they will burn less gas, pollute less, and they wouldn’t stink up the environment.

- Mandate that every two years, ALL vehicles, regardless of age, will undergo a safety inspection.  The inspection will include the basics of safety such as tires, belts, brakes, lights, wipers, seat belts, and hoses.  It will also include a thorough body rot inspection and inspection of all suspension components for wear.  An added test will be the “rev” test.  The vehicle will be started, allowed to idle to operating temperature, and then revved to 3500 RPMs.  If excessive smoke is emitted from the tailpipe, the vehicle has failed the test.  In the event of a failed test, all of the same rules for a failed emissions test apply with all the same penalties.

– Benefit:  This will ensure that each and every vehicle on the road will have at least a basic measure of safety, making everyone on the road safer.

This isn’t really a difficult thing in my opinion.  It’s a simple matter of TAKING CARE OF YOUR CAR!!  If you can’t afford to bring it to a mechanic to get fixed, BUY A REPAIR MANUAL!!!!  Vehicle maintenance is not rocket science.  With a basic set of hand tools and a good repair manual you will be quite amazed at what you can do.  And this type of legislation will help many facets of our lives.  We will have cleaner air to breathe through reduced tailpipe emissions which no one could possibly say they don’t want.  We will have job creation because SOMEONE has to perform the tests, and then someone else has to fix the problems found, or at least build the parts to do it.  It’s so simple!  So why hasn’t it happened yet?  The federal government has blackmailed every state into adopting a seat belt law by threatening to withhold highway funds if they don’t have one, so what’s the hold up on mandating something like this that would actually HELP the country??

This seemingly impossible event occurred because the vast majority of white Americans didn’t give a fluff about skin color, and enthusiastically pulled the voting lever for a black man. Not just any black man. A very liberal black man who spent his early career race-hustling banks, praying in a racist church for 20 years, and actively worked with America-hating domestic terrorists. In fact, Obama’s ascension created a gargantuan irony. How can you sell class envy and American unfairness when you and your black wife went to Ivy League schools, got high-paying jobs, became millionaires, bought a mansion, and got elected President? How unfair is that??? Now, Like a delicious O’Henry tale, Obama’s spread-the-wealth campaign rendered itself moot by it’s own victory! America is officially a meritocracy. Obama’s election has validated American conservatism!

That’s the sound of my foot kicking the door shut on the era of white guilt. The rites have been muttered, the carcass lowered, dirt shoveled, and tombstone erected. White guilt is dead and buried.

However, despite my glee, there’s apparently one small, rabid bastion of American racism remaining. Black Americans voted 96% for Barack Obama. Hmmm. In a color-blind world, shouldn’t that be 50-50? Tonight, every black person should ask forgiveness for their apparent racism and prejudice towards white people. Maybe it’s time to start spreading that guilt around.

I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.

Now, having read that, and myself having repeated it with hand raised, in front of old glory for two enlistments now, and preparing to do it for my third, it is my belief that the oath was worded the way it is for a reason.  It is my belief, and I have found that I am not alone in my thinking, that the Oath pledges allegiance to certain entities, in ORDER OF IMPORTANCE.  What does this mean?  It means that every service member’s duty is, above all else, to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic”.  This is our primary duty as protectors of our great land.  To fail at this will spell disaster, and will guarantee the fall of America.

Other than my small circle of friends, I had no idea how many other military personnel and law enforcement officials (they take a VERY similar oath of office) felt exactly as I do.  Boy was I elated to discover a website, http://oathkeepers.org  This website has spelled out, in plain English, what I have been saying all along!  It is comprised of Active Duty, National Guard, Reservist, Veterans, Retirees, Law Enforcement Officials, and Firefighters (I guess they take an oath too, WHO KNEW??!!), who all share the exact same sentiments.  That as protectors of the Constitution, WE WILL NOT BE ORDERED TO INFRINGE ON THE RIGHTS OF FELLOW AMERICANS!!  To order us to do so makes the person giving the order a TRAITOR.  And they are to be dealth with as such.

I beg each and every one of you reading this post…please go to the Oath Keeper’s site, read their “Declaration of Orders We Will NOT Obey”, and learn what the Oath Keepers are all about.  The freedom and liberty of each and every one of us is on the line in these dark times in our history.  If you have children, this is so very important, do you want your children to grow up as slaves to a tyrannical regime, or do you want them to be free as we were in our youth??  And after reading the site, watching their videos, remember this…there are people in this very country that will not allow your rights to be infringed upon, there are citizens, Soldiers, Airmen, Sailors, Marines, Law Officers, Sheriffs, and Firefighters who will lay down their lives to protect what was bestowed upon us by our founding fathers.  Please do not misread me, I am NOT advocating violence, I am simply stating that there are those of us who are willing to lay it all on the line for the preservation of our great nation.
